Q:  Do you ship orders through FedEx or other carriers?
 
A:  No. At this time we use U.P.S. exclusively. You are receiving the lowest shipping cost possible through U.P.S.  We will consider adding other carriers in the future if we can further negotiate a competitive shipping cost for you. You will also receive a tracking number for UPS tracking information on your invoice via e-mail once your order has shipped .
 
Q:  What is the delivery time for orders?
 
A:  Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.
 
Q: What will it cost to ship?
 
A: We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Your shipping methods and rates differ depending on what part of the country that you live in and the weight of the package(s). We have a $2.00 handling fee per order no matter how many items you order .
 
Q:  Do you ship internationally?
 
A:  At this time we ship to all 50 U.S. states, all U.S. territories and Canada.  We may do other international shipments in the future.
 
Q: How can we pay for our order?
 
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted.
 
Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
 
A: We will answer your email within 24 hours to 48 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays.
 
Q: What about Sales Tax?
 
A: Our order form will apply a 7.75% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of California.
 
Q: What is your Return Policy?
 
A:  JBC Products has a guaranteed 90 day return policy. Orders over 90 days old are not eligible for return, however the item may have a manufacturer warranty. If so please refer to the warranty documentation for the item. It is very important to keep all documentation for your items.
 
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
 
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
 
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
 
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
 
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
 
IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
 
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
 
All returns must have your original order number and date. This will help expedite the process. If you do not have this information you can obtain it by e-mailing us at: jbcproducts@cox.net Put the words “return authorization” in the subject line of your e-mail and we will send you a return authorization number.  This RA number needs to be clearly visible on the package when returned.
 
Q:  What are 'Factory Renewed' products?
 
A:  A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:
 
Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase.
Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold.
Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. JBC Products makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'
 
Q:  How are products renewed?
 
A:  Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm . All products are returned to like- new condition.
 
Q.  How do I identify 'Factory Renewed' products?
 
A:  The products will contain (R) in the model number (i.e. SON123(R)).
 
Q.  Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging?
 
A:  By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory renewed. Packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure to read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.
 
Q:  What makes a 'Factory Renewed' item such an excellent purchase?
 
A:  Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, renewed goods have a very low (2-percent) return rate. The price you pay for a renewed item is much lower than at retail.
