Return Policy
JBC Products has a guaranteed 90 day return policy. Orders over 90 days old are not eligible for return, however the item may have a manufacturer warranty. If so please refer to the warranty
documentation for the item. It is very important to keep all documentation for your items.
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
All returns must have your original order number and date. If you do not have this information you can obtain it by e-mailing us at: jbcproducts@cox.net. Put the words “return authorization” in the subject line of your e-mail. This will help expedite the process.
